Recommended sales-page changes

  1. Rename the product to Archimedes Leverage System (drop "LeverageOS") — premium, own IP, ties to the leverage thesis.
  2. Lead with the new claims LeverageOS couldn't make: "Runs in Claude Code, Cowork and Desktop" + "your own proprietary system, built by two named experts — not a repackage."
  3. Flip overwhelm into the hook: stop selling "60+ skills" → sell "33 curated, lean skills — we stripped the bloat so you actually use it." (Answers the Execution Void.)
  4. Add the missing high-ticket ladder: Archimedes (self-serve) → cohort with accountabilitydone-with-you install. Make it visible.
  5. Add the persuasion basics it's missing: a guarantee, proof/testimonials, explicit "who it's for / not for," ROI framing.
  6. Counter-position on trust: "own your system + data, proprietary skills, works everywhere" vs $27 named-after-people products and Code-locked tools.
  7. Keep the strong opener ("the tool was never the problem") — resolve it with Archimedes = the lever that does the work, stays on task, with accountability.
